"So much so that no crime has been committed with a legally owned fully automatic weapon since the 1930s."

Question: Are kits for sale which do conversions of legal guns to illegal guns? Is it legal to sell elements of said kits, as long as the whole kit is not for sale through any one vendor? Is it remotely possible that there are unscrupulous gun owners who might just by-pass the law for a gun-powder hit?

Vietnam issue M16's which turn up in the hands of US drug people? Hmmmm... Listed as lost by the good soldiers of Vietnam, then smuggled in by... FILTHY COMMIES! That must be the case. Wouldn't be possible that the US soldiers LIED about losing their guns. There would be no possible connection with unscrupulous gun people and unscrupulous drug people, who are Vietnam veterans?
