was post-humously determined to have been psyhotic. So twisted that he almost certianly would have killed at some point. Had he not created the bombs and had access to the guns it may have been as a knife weilding serial killer, but he almost certinaly would have killed.

I am not sure there is a way to realiably spot true psychotics. Most sociopaths learnt to fit in for their own puposes, so it isn't as easy a reading a website and knowing that 'this' kid is serious about killing.

It is true that removing ALL guns could stop a mass shooting, but not homemade bombs or careful serial killers.
