I do it all the time. That's why I have multiple workstations....so I CAN work on more than one job at once. It is at all abnormal for me to have 2 computers reinstalling OS's/or updating while I'm working on a website. (Each of which is billed seperatly to different customers). It's also why I charge a whole lot more per hour for onsite service (I can't work on 3-4 jobs at once).
