Yes, you should. Each job is billed seperately. You cannot count on always being able to do two at once. If you bill x dollars for a job, and then bill x+y dollars for a similar job the next time, that would be an ethical problem. Auto mechanics, for example, do this all the time. It is not unusual for a good mechanic to earn 10 or 12 hours pay in an eight hour day. Does your doctor bill less because he is bouncing back and forth between four other patients during your appointment? Does your dentist?
