Secondly; it is now law in the United States that all off-duty, and retired police officers may carry concealed weapons with them anywhere in the United States. This was enacted for a variety of reasons, and personally I think it is a good thing. Now if they apply that to all citizens posessing a concealed carry permit it'd be even better.

The better solution to school shootings is to implement the same solution the Israelis did. Stopped school shootings cold.
