Or When I'm drunk and step on to my bike it is theoretical possible to loose my drivers licens for 'drunk driving' my BIKE ! The law around here states that 'participating' in traffic while being drunk is not allowed. Not specific 'driving a car'. I think there was a case here where a drunk cyclist caused an traffic accident and lost his drivers licence!
