I'm not saying it is EUtopia here but I still believe the lower rate of 'gun accidents' or shootings in most EU countries come from the fact that guns are not that easy to get. Mostly the criminals themselves get shot around here. I can not give any statistics, and the reasoning from Micheal Moore is sadly flawed also, but if you saw Fahrenheit 9/11 you kind of get the idea how it 'works' around here.
