my main jobs were usersupport (in a "mittelschule" (the school you have to go before studying in an university)) for teachers and students... annoying! and client administration. unfortunately i didn't have had any work in network/security, which are my favourite branches. oh, if anyone's interested in the location... it's switzerland.
