This specific card hasnt worked but my other card (wired, not wireless) works flawlessly (theyre both 32 bit). also as an example my friends old fujitsu lifebook shipped from the ebay seller with win2k on it and he got a card identical to mine (same hardware revision) and it worked but when we reformatted it and installed win98 (win2k ran like molasses) and now he has similar problems
