you could be right. I am always assumeing we are looking at a per capita basis. Edmonton may have lost the murder rate crown.. but it would have been just very recently. It has been the murder capital of canada since I was like 5. The rest you can pick up off of stat's can sites. (Oh, and I am compairing provicnes not teritories, as the teritories have staggering problems with suicide and alcohol) No I am not going to dig up links =P. This is burried to far down the page =P
