License-plate-sized message on front bumper of Suburban-like vehicle: "NO RIDERS Except, Blondes, Brunettes, and Redheads" On the back windows (not bumper) of same vehicle in letters visible from at least 150 feet (~50M): "WARNING: (written in yellow letters on a red background with a yellow border) Knowing me can be hazardous to your health"
