Put even one shot in five in a loonie at that distance with the steel sites you discribed and I will give you $100.

Ghille suits aren't just for grass and forrests.. you can use them in many different terrains. They aren't something you pick up at army and navy. you MAKE your Ghille suit, and you customize it to the terrain. So yes, I would use a suit. I would find a place where i could use natural cover if posible. And yes I would be waiting for sound cover of SOME kind. Otherwise your enemy is going to be on to you pretty damn quick. Lastly, most snipers DON'T survive. I am looking at WWII here NOT the BS that the US goes into. Real wars. Average life span of a sniper is what, 30 seconds after he starts firing? So while you may THINK you are comming back..... Realisticly you aren't.
