Got to say something for Apple by MikeCDN 2005-03-16 11:43:34
there service center is great.

Broken Ipod, put in an RMA request. 2 days later, I receive a box from purolator, containing packaging for my IPOD, as well as a prepaid postage thing. Put my ipod in the box,put the new postage sticker on, and send it off. (Tuesday of last week) they get it, replace it, and send me a new one and it arrives on Monday.

Less then a week for an RMA, and they paid all postage.

Of course a letter was included in the box saying "We will be examing your IPOD and if it is determined that it is outside warrenty we will send you an invoice in 5-7 days"... they replace it then send you an invoice, odd.
