using modern weapons and fought for modern reasons. This isn't the old sons of Issac sons of Abrahm fight. This is about someone setting up house in your back yard and saying it is theirs now. The "evils" stem from that act. And I will say it again. If the US miltary ever sets ONE TOE on Canadian soil in an act of aggression, I will be there with a high powered rifle and I WILL kill any American that I can see. I am sure that the rest of you feel the same way about your respective countries. So why is it that we expect the palistinians to just roll over for Isreal? Because the US says they should????? When you occupy someone's land, you set yourself up for attack. And ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING is acceptable in defence of your home.
