This is AMD's upcoming low-power AMD64 chip. The full AMD64s are not exactly low-power at the moment, but better than the Intel P4. Details: http://www.anandtech.com/cpuchipsets/showdoc.aspx?i=2374 I've tried the Ubuntu "hoary" LiveCD (Debian for AMD64) on my system, and it does what it says on the tin, but nothing spectacular - I need an internet connection at home to go further. My AMD64 currently has WinXP 32-bit as its primary OS, for games and sequencer purposes (I use Tracktion). 64-bit Windows XP is on the way, but driver support may lag a little if you have strange hardware...
