So much so that casting "Harm" on them is like "Greater Heal" on non-undead creatures.
It makes sense this way, since Harm is more a "dark" spell and Heal a "light" spell. I mean you wouldn't expect "Finger of Death" to harm an Arch-Lich, would you?
Of course if you just take "Heal" as a generic "take creature closer to un-harmed state" spell, you could argue it should work on anything undead or living.
