well, here we get into a whole new ballgame. I think in Myth the reasoning is that restoring "life points" to an undead being cause them to die, on the grounds that the condition of the corpus is incompatible with life, while ability to move and fight is determined by what might be called "durability points" - ie how connected their limbs are. In living creatures, these are pretty synonymous, but in the undead, it gets complex...
Of course, in Myth, the undead are dumber than rocks, and thus unsuited to player character status, in such things as GURPS Myth. About the only exception to this is Soulblighter, and in TFL it's never quite made clear whether he's undead or just very, very ill... |
