whether you're police or civilian. I remember an article sometime back saying that Singapore had the lowest government corruption in Asia, and the second lowest in the world (the lowest, IIRC, was Ireland).
Police shouldn't be breaking the law anyway. You can't enforce it if you're breaking it. That's like saying "save water" while leaving all the taps in the house running.
