I doubt that Cat made a special bulldozer for them designed to endanger people. I like what the Cat rep said about their equipment: "However, more than 2 million Caterpillar machines and engines are at work in virtually every region of the world each day. We have neither the legal right nor the means to police individual use of that equipment." I will guarentee anyone that the owners manual of that bulldozer has PAGES of info regarding operating around people and safety proceedures regarding close proximity to people. These lawsuits should be restricted to the IDF.
