| My country may have some of the weirdest laws around, and some of the strictest, but we don't have the problem of police brutality. Guns are illegal to everyone except cops, and thus, we're NOT allowed to use them to threaten people for any reason, only if it's necessary. And every bullet fired requires at least 3 pages of paperwork describing the entire situation and why each shot was fired. And if the big bosses think that it wasn't in a proper manner, you get charged and jailed. And maybe caned too, but I don't know about that. |
