<bitter sarcasm> Surprise birthday party celebration for JD, eh? and asking me to go and help to pay for presents for him. And there was a surprised birthday for LS too! And a party for Ed! And me? Oh, none for me. I'm special, I don't need birthday parties. I don't need cool presents that were specifically made for me. I only need one sms that says "Happy birthday from everyone" from them. I don't need to have money wasted on me since I'm so special. I'm so special that I'm requested to pay for someone else's present for their birthday. I'm special and magical and can afford the money when I'm the only one currently unemployed. I'm unemployed and in financial difficulty, so that qualifies me to help pay for a free dinner for someone else's birthday. And for my own? Oh, no need for free dinner treat on my birthday from those church friends of mine, in fact, I'm unemployed! I don't need the free dinner because I can easily cook my own from whatever leftovers I have in the house. After all, it's only another week before my tenant pays me the rent and I can start getting groceries again. I don't need the free dinner. All because I'm special, right? </bitter>

Sigh... Just needed to rant a bit, I'm in one of my really lousy moods right now... |
