Well, install worked the first time, and I've restarted successfully after updating to service pack 1 and installing a few programs. I did totally reformat the drive and everything, and I put the Sasser fix and a few other things on a CD, then only plugged in the compy after installing them. Only time will tell if this means it will work now.
