The virus, if it is one is probibly hiding in there. then remove the virus.

As for the key problem. It sounds like you may have a pirated copy of windows. Join the millions of others. You can call MS and they will give yo a legit copy if you can prove you acctually BOUGHT that copy from a computer store (God help the store).
