flatlanderdotter has guests tonight. [It's Spring Break] I can walk into the room where they are and sing aahh--ah--- aaaaaaaaa- ah aahh--ah--- aaaaaaaaa- ah and threy'll sing I come from the land of the ice and snow and the midnight sun where the hot springs flow! They're thirteen-ish, all 4 of them. . Carlin has brought her electric guitar, and flatlanderdotter has unpacked her electric bass. They're watching a film in the living room now, but they're not doing so quietly, no, not my daughter and her rock n roll girl friends. And yet... These Are Not Her Loudest Friends! tall, red-haired Caitlyn isn't here tonight!
