I would STRONGLY suspect the system restore feature. That would be my best guess. I hate network card issues. Dealt with too many when I worked for Compaq. Have fun! =). If you do get those EventIDs, look them up on www.eventid.net and that might give you a clue or two as to what is happening =). Good luck. Hope you fix it=)
