i don't speak for KS, but his mod says "had to mod you for language in subject". I think the fine line between modded and not modded in this case might be that the word was in the subject of the TLP not the body. As far as other people and yourself have mentioned, that word is allowed on the UF board, so i don't think its based solely on the word in use.
just my opinion though, I assume KS would have a response to this in more detail if necessary, but then again, i'm just a peon, so i don't speak for anybody else.
