St. John's Wort makes you sensitive to sunlight. I am very fair of skin and my eyes are very light...I'm sensitive enough to the sun, but when I can actually feel the BURN on my skin from the sun in midwinter... I felt better mood wise, but shrank from the Daystar so it sorta evened out.
