I looked over the w3c's http://www.w3.org/MarkUp(x)html faq. These guys must live in an alternate reality. I find it utterly hilarious. Being a member of several HTML boards the most common question I ran into was "How can I keep people from stealing my code/images?" or the classic "My ImAGeS WonT LOAd, wAT dO i Do!??1?".
