Ya know, transdermal nicotine transferal by merlin2005-03-15 09:23:03
aye they can by flatlander 2005-03-15 10:00:05
I had to give them up. Do you know, though, the transdermal patches helped quite helped quite a lot the first week or two. Since then, I've used nicotine chewing gum which for therecord, is nasty! but it's "On Demand" like the smokes were ! Three months on, 115 day without smokes, and I still have one or two pieces of this nasty chewing gum every day. It'll be easy enough to give up, I swear. ick!

But listen, I smoked 30 cigarettes a day or more for thirty years,(the total is left as anexercise for the student, but it's a heck of a big bunch of butts and quite a bit of money too!
) until they nearly killed me this last Autumn, when my head 'sploded. (no fooling, I had an aneurysm and a stroke and nearly died -- don't wait 'til it's too late like I did.) If I can quit, anyone can do it! which is not to say it's easy.... because it's patently not easy at all. But we're on your team! You go, and the UFies are rootin' for ya! (That's how we do)

As it happens, I woke up angry this morning having smoked cigars in a dream last night! Damn it!!!Tobacco is insidious, but I don't need it; the flatlander don't smoke no more
