I have no legal obligation because the university took it out of my hands but I still have a moral responsibility to my friends. I dont actually know what the contract looks like because although I ran everything to a point the university took it away from me and started changing things without me. We have the transport to london, I am fine with that it's the transport back from london which is the issue. I think I am going to go for the partial refund but thats neither here nor there if we never get out of london. I've screwed up in that I didn't take charge from the beginning, it has given me a get out of jail free card but that doesn't make anything better does it? I'm a F4 up.
