I need help. Package skiing holiday. by McGowan2005-03-15 06:17:33
FIRE FIRE ... FUEGO FUEGO ... SOS SOS by stacato 2005-03-15 06:58:58
*flap hands*

Calm down, take a deep breath.

So we get this right. The situation is:
1# You are less then 15 people
2# you have to find your own way to london (as a group)
3# you need to get back from london yourself (as a group)

Now where do you need the legal help? Since you are the main organizer. Did you breach contract with the group? Or did SkiAlpine breach contract with you?
If you breached contract with your group, that ... well, you are a group. YOu will work something out. That is what yall are there for. Have fun and work out any problems TOGETHER.
If <ou thing SkiAlpine breached contract with you. Re-read the contract. Did they anywhere specify that you need to be 15+ people for them to provide transportation. See if you can get a partial refund of the total price since they did not provide transportations but you payed the price for it in the overall sum of the trip. <br>
those are my ideas right now.
