LDAP. What's what, and not? by reshurc 2005-03-15 04:41:17
I'm trying to configure spamfilter hardware to confirm valid e-mailadresses to our IBM Domino server. But I can't get the friggin' LDAP to work my way. I'm a n00b when it comes to LDAP, anybody gots some ideas? For instance, what the f4ck is Base, and what is dc?
Name: UCLDAP<--- profile name
Hostname: [dominoserver] Port 389<--- hostname and port
Authentication Type: anonymous<-- how to authenticate (?)
Base: dc=1,dc=28 <-- what does that line mean? and what is it suppose to say?

All help is welcome...
