Windows Update site? Adults only? by sCiSSors 2005-03-15 02:57:23
Well, I won't use it. On the "work" machine I'll go with the windows given out by "helpdesk", and I rely on THEM updating things "behind my back".
On the home machine: I don't think any M$ site will add value to a Linux system, no?

But I DO use the M$IE sometimes: to look for Kickstarts colouring (not too often though), or for a really poorly designed webpage, or one that really relies on the active-x but is marked "safe and needed" in the department's policies.
For example: some parts of the intrAnet just don't work without m$IE
