Do you have a wok pan? If not, use a regular frying pan.. Start boiling water for the noodles.. Stirr up the beef mince, with some chopped onions and carrots while the noodles are boiling.. Put on spices as you please. Pour of most of the noodle water (90%) and put the rest in a bowl. Place the meat and veggies on top. Add sweet'n sour sauce if you have some.. Serve together with a big glass of water.. It is actually a rather good meal.. If not; 1-800-PIZZA
