A special kind of ruff, which will usually behave perfectly ordinarily; however, once attached to a bag, said bag will begin to bob uncontrollably, rendering it unsuitable for grocery hauling. Also used in a metaphorical sense, i.e. "He's a real bobbagruff, whatever he's carrying, it's sure to drop." Next word: smondon.
