Knoppix is designed to run from the CD, but it gives you access to your Hard drive so you can save files. It also boots to a graphical environment, so you do not need to see the command line until you ar ready. You can download it from www.knoppix.org or BitDefender offers an ISO called LinuxDefender which includes BitDefender Antivirus.

One thing that you may not like is that Knoppix will be slower because it runs from the CD instead of the hard Drive, therefore you will not be able to compare the performance.
