Had my first experience with IMS today (Intramuscular Stimulation) today. I was highly skeptical, but I figured that it likely wasn't going to kill me to be a human pincushion for an hour, so I let the physiotherapist jam needles into my lower back, thighs and calves. Very surprised to find that there really was quite a difference in the problems I've been having in my feet!

I'll go again next week and see if we move up to chisels ;)
