As long as he's giving you the parts of his own free will and as long as you don't try to lay a guilt trip on him if he ever decides to stop, neither course of action is in any way unethical. I'd suggest that you just act in your self-interest: if you're worried that his prices are threatening his ability to stay in business, you should say something to him about it to protect the privileges which you're enjoying; if his business seems to be doing fine, keep quiet.
