20 km/liter is indeed for very small cars (definately not volvo). At last I found the right info (except its the 2005 model): The volvo in question: s60 (click on 'performance') is 22 miles/gallon indeed. Don't know when I heared the 20 km/liters ratio (no I did confuse it with the miles/gallon ratio). Maybe it was the japanese car of my brother.
