I assumed it meant you vs them. I can't imagine what legal issues could possibly arise from junk mail! I mean, it's just not going to happen. It can't. It's impossible. It's irrational. Nobody makes any sort of legal judgement on someone based on the junk mail they receive. That's crazy!
