tear it up and throw it away. Pitching a fit over it won't make any difference. There are NO laws that protect you from receiving unsolicited mail. You can request that they take you off the list, but nothing says they have to listen. You are wasting your time! It's a pity, but you have more protections from spam via telephone than via mail.
