a waste of a great medium. I love radio drama, and it seems to me that using the audio medium to simply read a book just throws away all the artistic potential. It's like making a movie that consists of somebody standing at a podium talking.

Now, as far as selection goes, I'll admit you find a lot more audio books these days. And if you just want to know about a book people are talking about.
