might need to type in the "url" about:config and change/add the field privacy.popups.disable_from_plugins to the value 2. This will disable popups from plugins, such as flash, which otherwise is one of the hot new tricks to get around popup blockers. :) There also is the dom.popup_maximum value which apparantly is defaulted to 20, but I'm not sure if this is "ok" to change and set to 0 though. Hope that helps.
