Q. about UF ad servers by rorajoey 2005-03-10 03:20:51
(reposted from yesterday)

I have several ad servers listed in my hosts file (to block unwanted ads), but I don't want to block UF ads. Which ad server(s) should I allow?

Currently I get no ads in Firefox or IE, except the UF register4less.com ad in the left column of the Static page. In Firefox the ad spaces (top and left) are blank; in IE the left banner is an empty white rectangle, while the top banner contains IE's standard 404 page.

Some exceptions: on the Static page, left column contains a small ad for register4less.com; and on other pages, once in a while (unpredictable frequency) I see a banner ad for AdvertPro in the left column.
