prime if and only if for all integer z and all <not sure what domain> d the function rho returns the same value for arguments z,d,eta and z,d,eta-prime. Llyr/archnerd might want to correct me. In programmer's terms this means that the arguments would be considered equivalent if the function returns the same value. Say, if a function converts float to int, then 2.6 is equivalent to 2.7.

Now, was this from a homework or something?
