Well, I'll pull it out from the wall tonight, and try and extract the thermocouple. ('tis probably the all-in-one assembly that the piezo is attached to, yes?) Rang a parts place, they told me to just bring the old thermocouple in so they could figure out what model it is. (There are no identifying marks on the oven at all, except for the 'chef' brand.) Note to self, shut off gas first.
