Seriously, do try to make the HTML version as complete as possible, relative to the Flash version: I run a browser with *no* plugins, of any kind, regularly; and find sites that treat me like some kind of Luddite or "Philistine" repugnant. I doubt I'm the only one, especially amongst the ornery Bastard $WHATEVER From Hell set.
Heck, if you can, make the HTLM so it works well even in Lynx and/or a text-to-speech browser! (Serious Coolness Points, there, if you ask me; but, yes, I do know you're running a business, here, so of course the time you have for such things will be limited.)
