i went over 4 hours with them once. i won't go into how badly they mangeled my orders, btu suffice it to say they sent me a camera for the first screw up which still didn't get me the pc i paid for and another camera for a laptop that didn't have the features advertised with it that i returned, muchless a belkin classic keybaord instead of the high end perepherials i ordered and paid for....
