either. Which means that possibly the desire for children started out as a necessity, but what you see now is what the US society has turned into, at the lowest income levels. Would classes really help? Or would they only help those few who are independent enough to think for themselves? How large a percentage is that? And what can be done for the rest? Obviously learning good habits is something that is done from the people around you, but how can that environment be changed?
