For me it totaly stunk.
Thier restore CD wasn't bootable.
Thier drivers CD didn't contain the appropriate drivers for the ethernet controller or the display adapter
The Program disc has older versions than were contained on the PC originally
Add that to the 3 hour hold time and still no human contact.

I got better treatment from my Staples Extended Warranty back in 1996.
